Sven (from Frozen) and Bubba (Bubba the Love Turtle) are James' favorite stuffed animals. James named Bubba himself when he barely could say Mommy or Daddy. He loves them and takes them with him everywhere. This is why, when tonight - I was folding a blanket on the couch and noticed them still there, a good 40 minutes after we put James to bed, I felt the need to go in his room and make sure he had his friends.
A sleepy little James said immediately upon me opening the door: "Mommy, where is Sven and Bubba?" I gave them too him right away and he said: "Mommy, I want to give you a hug." I got a good hug, and I am a hero.
