Today we enjoyed an entire day of rest and relaxation and toured DC.We visited the Smithsonian Museum of American History and then walked around the Mall, and saw all of the monuments.
The Museum pooped the little guy out. Then we went to a nice restaurant, so nice they stuck us in the back so as not to disturb the businessmen... But he was a delight! He certainly enjoyed eating most of our
Orecciette past with olive oil, broccoli, and cauliflower.
After that pasta fill, you can see that he was a passed out little man for most of the monuments. He woke up in time for Vietnam, and really enjoyed the Lincoln Memorial. Some more photos to follow. Off to NJ tomorrow!
